Italy—October 13, 2011— A new photo-documentary, “Girl Becomes Woman,” claims delayed diagnosis of tumors in girls as young as 13 are the result of breast shame. Frank was born in Bayonne, New Jersey in 1952, and graduated from the University of Wisconsin. He worked as a real estate agent and developer in Maine and Florida before moving to Europe in 1990. He has taught English as a foreign language in three countries (mostly Italy), and is the author of: Teach English in Italy, English for Italian Students, Revolt of the Children (a novel), and most recently Real Child Safety.
